The Indoor Trainer by CycleOps


Winter has come and is not going anywhere for at least two more months. And here I'am with the extra mega shameful pounds in the middle part of my body! Sigh. My husband and I decided to experiment with the Indoor Training world and after researching on the internet and talking with my brother in law about different models and prices we decided to buy this one from CycleOps (Cycleops.com):

    OMG! Robert finished and I ran the bike today for 30 minutes and burned 250 calories. Wow what a workout and feels good not having to wear a helmet when you run the bike, because is indoor! Tommorrow I will hop in again!

    Another round today but I did the Spinervals 1.0. Great workout and burned 450 calories in 45 minutes.
